Chase DiChiara is a 2007 2B/SS/3B with a 5'8'', 137 lb. frame from Gulf Shores AL, who attends Gulf Shores. Chase has a young body with a thin build and good core strength. Chase has very active quick feet defensively and moves around well (7.21). At the plate, he starts with the bat choked up and has a quiet approach. Chase does a good job of making contact and makes solid contact to all fields on a consistent basis. Chase has a top down swing plane and has good balance through his swing. Chase has bat speed and uses his wrists on contact. With Chase's approach at the plate, he probably hits for a high average with lots of singles. Chase has the tools to improve as a ball player.
