Kevin Alonso is a 5'11" 150 pound 2008 outfielder from Coral Reef High School in Miami, Florida. He has a young looking body who has room to add muscle. Kevin hits with a narrow stance and a quiet set up. He has a no load approach and is very short to the ball. He likes to pull the ball and looks for pitches on the inner half. Alonso has good actions in the outfield and sets up well to receive the ball. He should add more arm strength and quickness as he matures and gets stronger. Kevin will continue to improve as he matures.
