2007 Spring Top Prospect Showcase
Adam Jung is a 2007 RHP/OF with a 6'2'', 170 lb. frame from Sidney, British Columbia, who attends Lambrick Park High School. Jung has a nice frame that is lean and very projectable. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm circle on the back side. Jung has a leg swing in his delivery that gives him deception to the hitters. His arm works well, and he is very aggressive with his fastball that topped out at 87 mph. He projects to throw harder in the future because of his loose arm and projectable body. His curveball is good when he gets out front with his release, and he snapped off some good ones at 70 mph. He has good upside on the mound and his athleticism is a plus. Jung is a very good student as well.
