Louis Peisel is a 2007 C/2B with a 5'10'', 200 lb. frame from Brewster NY, who attends Kennedy. Peisel has a medium sized frame with a strong stocky build. Defensively Peisel has solid defensive actions with arm strength. His footwork and build project him to move to 3B as it fits his tool set better. He has good transfers and follows his throws. At the plate, Peisel starts with a straight stance and swings from a narrow base. He starts with his hands by his ear and takes a big stride to start his swing. Peisel is quiet in the box and uses a no load approach to hitting. He throws the bat head to the baseball and has a slight uppercut through his swing. Peisel has bat speed with pop in his swing. Peisel is also a good student.
