Jason Redshaw is a 2009 RHP/IF from Gulf Coast HS in Naples, FL, with a 5'9", 168 lb. frame. Jason has a strong build, with plenty of time to grow even more. At the plate Jason has good extension in his swing and makes consistent solid contact. Defensively he shows smooth actions with solid arm strength. Jason has a live arm that produces good life on his FB and a big breaking 10 to 4 CB. He uses a strong lower half with a balanced and calm delivery to stay around the strike zone. At this point Jason has better feel on the mound, and should develop into a solid prospect with age.
