Camden Knutson is a 2024 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Tulsa, OK who attends Union. Camden Knutson is a 2024 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Tulsa, OK who attends Union. Slender athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.04 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has a compact arm stroke with a clean release on his throws, gets some carry, has good athleticism to his movements and some polish to his actions. Switch hitter at the plate, has a smoother swing from the left side with more strength at contact, gets the barrel through with some solid pull side contact, tends to push the barrel through from the right side, raw bat speed will continue to improve from both sides with additional strength. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a quick leg raise start and a very compact arm action, drop and drive mechanics down the mound. Fastball worked in the low 80's and topped out at 84 mph. Slider was a solid pitch for him with short biting life and some swing and miss. Worked quickly and threw strikes. Outstanding student.
