Carganilla is a 5'10" 163 pound 2006 middle infielder from Redlands, California who attends Redlands High School. He has an athletic build with some strong square shoulders. His best tool is his glove. He made some outstanding plays in the field during the games demonstrating very soft hands and a very quick release on the ball. Clae made a nice backhanded sliding play at short on a one hopper and threw the guy out very easily. He has average speed running a 7.2 in the 60. His bat is very raw. He uses his body well and has some power but is mainly a line drive hitter. He looks like he is a guy who likes to hit with guys on base. Clae has been on the USA team for 3 years now.
