Brenton Wirthgen is a 2024 LHP/ with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Foothill Ranch, CA who attends Trabuco Hills. Features a longer, athletic frame with plenty of room to add. Left-handed pitcher with a clean operation. Delivery is repeatable throwing out of a three-quarter arm slot. Breaking ball has sweep with depth. Changeup has fade and tumble. Stayed around the zone locating all three pitches effectively. In the outfield he takes an aggressive approach with a quick arm that has carry. At the plate he has a medium base with a leg lift load. Solid barrel control with strength at the point of contact. All fields approach with gap to gap power. Ran a 7.61 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
