Daniel Rodriguez is a 2004 outfielder from Miami, Florida, with a strong and athletic frame at 6'1", 185 lbs. He has pro level arm strength from the outfield (89 mph) with very good carry. He has a clean release with good arm speed. Rodriguez has range, and his 6.83-60 would allow him to play any outfield spot. At the plate, he has an advanced approach with very good bat speed. He swings the bat with authority, and has present raw power. He does get long at times trying to do too much with a pitch. Rodriguez gets out of the box well and ran 4.35 from home to first. Rodriguez is a solid hitter with raw power, and is a good outfielder with a plus arm.
