Ethan Oatman is a 2025 RHP/C with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Mosinee, WI who attends Mosinee. Large, broad shouldered frame with present strength proportioned throughout and additional room to fill still. Right-handed pitcher, begins operation with a belt high leg lift, incorporates lower half to move down the mound and remain on line towards the plate while working to a lower three-quarters release point. Medium length arm stroke through the back, ball jumps out of hand and topped out at 85 mph with the fastball, showed lots of life through the zone. Slight effort at release but smooth operation overall and repeats; slider up to 73 mph wtih short movement and higher spin rates and flashed a changeup with fading life to arm side up to 77 mph. Very good student.
