05/05/2005 Stanhope Elmore advanced to the Class 5A Quarterfinals after Sanders threw 6 IP while allowing only 2 H, and went 3-4 at the plate. For the season he is hitting .480 (60-125) with 42 R, 43 RBI, 11 DB, 1 triple, and 6 HR. He also has a 1.34 ERA and 31 K in 26 IP.
04/28/2005 Sanders is leading Stanhope Elmore into the playoffs. He is hitting .482 (55-114) 38 R, 40 RBI, 11 2B, 5 HR, and only 6 K.
