National High School Top 50: April 21

For the first time in over a month, the Top 50 Team Rankings has a new No. 1 team, as Parkview (Ga) lept over both Park Vista (Fla.) and Olympia (Fla.) to claim the top spot. Park Vista and Olympia both lost in their respective district championship games this past week, but will continue on into the regional playoffs, where they will continue to fight for the No. 1 in our rankings.

St. Rita (Ill.) continues their amazing season, remaining undefeated so far in 2015, and finding themselves up in the top 20 for the first time this season.

Farragut (Tenn.) continues their dominance as well, jumping into the top 15 and continuing to rise week after week. They're a darkhorse for the top spot when it's all said and done.

Dana Hills (Calif.) jumped a couple spots in the rankings this week, after an undefeated week which saw them take two from a consistent top 10 team, San Clemente (Calif.).

The newcomers to the rankings this week are Gloucester Catholic out of New Jersey, a talent-laden team who has started off the season hot and should continue to climb as the weather warms up in the Northeast.
