Recaps: Day 1
The
schedule for the second day was adjusted to do only seven innings
games all day and postpone any workouts or drills until later in the
event. And despite a forecast of 100 percent rain for the Tampa area
by at least one weather site, the day went smoothly for the most part
as the rain stayed off the coast or pushed north, with sun even being
an occasional visitor to Steinbrenner Field.
