Luke Cooksey (2015, St. Augustine HS, FL) led the way, going 2-4 with a double, single, and one run scored. Thomas DeBonville (2015, Summit HS, CO) went 1-4 with a single, one run and one RBI. Chris Gau (2015, University Christian, FL) went 1-3, with a single and one RBI in the game.
Gau also pitched four innings on the mound, giving up just one hit and struck out four, while displaying a good fastball that topped out at 88 mph.
For the Aces, Auston Smith (2015, Santaluces Community, FL) went 1-3 with a single, and Victor Hughes (2014, Boynton Beach Community, FL) went 1-2 with a single as well in the game.

Jacob Collins (2016, Santaluces Community HS, FL) hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th inning which also happened to break up a no-hitter as Palm Beach Shockers White beat South Florida Huskies 17U 2-1.
Pitchers on both sides was solid the entire game as there was only a combined 4 hits. Jordan Marrs (2015, Lake Worth Christian HS, FL) tossed 4.1 innings for the Shockers while only giving up 3 hits, striking out 3 on just 1 earned run with a smooth delivery and loose arm action. Sean Hart (2016, The Kings Academy, FL) picked up the win in relief throwing 2.2 innings of no-hit ball while recording 2 strikeouts.
On the losing side, Andrew Sheinbaum (2015, Coral Glades HS, FL) tossed 5.2 innings as he took the loss striking out 4, giving up just 1 hit and 2 runs while showing sound mechanics and mixing in breaking balls effectively.
Pitching, Offense Lead Scorps to 3-0 Win

The Scorpions Panhandle 2015 held the SWFL Prospects to three hits as the offense generated enough runs to pull out a 3-0 victory.
Jordan Curtis, (2015, Lincoln, FL) led the Scorpions offense with three hits, a triple and two singles, to go with one RBI, a stolen base and a run scored. Brayson Smith, (2015, Lincoln, FL) connected for a solo home run and Alec Elsbernd, (2015, Chiles HS, FL) added two hits, including a double, and a run scored to add to the Scorpions offensive production. Ethan Michaelis, (2015, North Florida Christian, FL) threw a complete game shutout, only allowing three hits while striking out six. He flashed an 80-82 mph fastball that reached 85 mph and showed the ability to change speeds as he also mixed in a slider.
Julian Ossias pitched a complete game for the SWFL Prospects, allowing eight hits, three runs (two earned) and struck out four.
PBC Gameday Elite Wins 3-1

PBC Gameday Elite 17U defeated Team Tampa Bay 17U 3-1 as they led the entire way. John Spring (2015, Palm Beach Gardens HS, FL) was solid on the mound recording the victory for PBC Elite and the offense mustered out enough for the win. Spring tossed 5.2 innings and recorded 4 strikeouts on just 4 hits on just 1 run allowed.
The winning offense was led by Rudy Viton (2015, Cardinal Newman HS, FL) and Hunter Sanicky (2015, Palm Beach Gardens HS, FL) who both recorded 2 hits on the afternoon for PBC. Viton had a double, single, and RBI while Sanicky had a double, single, scored a run, and drew a walk.
Danny Brackman (2015, Berkeley Prep HS, FL) sparked the comeback attempt for Team Tampa Bay. Brackman recorded a hit and scored their only run of the game in the 6th inning in the losing effort.
Early Lead Gives Shockers 3-2 Win

The Palm Beach Shockers White took an early 3-0 lead after three innings and held onto a narrow 3-2 win over the Miami Barracudas.
Tyler Gusow, (2016, Spanish River Community, FL) led the Palm Beach offense going 2-3 with two singles and drove in two of his team's three runs. Gusow also pitched three hitless innings, only surrendering one unearned run while striking out one. Connor Hart, (2014, The Kings Academy, FL) also had a nice game offensively going 1-2 with a single, one RBI, a walk and a run scored. Joe Calamita, (2014, Park Vista Community, FL) pitched four solid innings, allowing one run on two hits while striking out six.
Eduardo Cutillas, (2015, Monsignor Edward Pace, FL) led the Barracudas offensively going 1-3 with an RBI single. Lead off hitter Jose Rojas, (2015, Coral Reef Senior, FL) also had a single and scored a run. Nick Ramirez, (2015, Coral Reef Senior, FL) pitched three innings, allowing three runs, two earned, on four hits while striking out four.
Warriors Win Comeback 4-3

The Hialeah Warriors scored two runs in both the 5th and 6th innings to complete their comeback and beat Team Tampa Bay 17U.
John Ham was the offensive leader for the Hialeah Warriors going 1-2 with an RBI single. Jonathon Diaz led the Warriors with two base hits and a run scored. Wilson Lorenzo pitched three scoreless innings, allowing only three hits while striking out three to earn the win.
Donovan Pink, (2015, Lakewood, FL) led Team Tampa Bay's offense with three hits, including two singles and a double, as well as driving in one run and scoring a run. Michael Ferrandiz, (2014, Lakewood, FL) also had a nice offensive game going 2-4 with two singles and one RBI. Ferrandiz also pitched 1.1 perfect innings, allowing no runs or hits while striking out two.

Evan Lowe (2015, The Masters Academy HS, FL) put on a display both at the plate and on the mound as Orlando Baseball Academy 2015 beat North Florida Storm 17U Red 9-1. Lowe tossed 5 innings while striking out 6 on 3 hits and 1 run allowed as he picked up the win mixing fastballs, breaking balls, and changeups and ended 2-4 with a triple, double, and 3 RBI at the plate.
Along with Lowe, Hunter Rotarius (2015, Apopka HS, FL) produced for the winning offense as well ending the game 2-3 with a double, RBI, and 2 runs scored.
Drew Dumas (2014, Ridgeview HS, FL) recorded an RBI double in the 3rd inning for the only run of the game for North Florida Storm.

Naples Bombers scored a run in each of its last 3 at-bats to go on to defeat Palm Beach Shockers Blue 4-2. Emilio Valdivia (2015, Barron Collier HS, FL) had a great day both at the plate and on the mound for the winning squad.
Valdivia picked up the win in his 5 innings of work while giving up only 3 hits on 1 earned run and also recorded 2 hits at the plate. Aside from Valdivia, George Denove (2015, Community School of Naples, FL) also produced for the winning offense finishing 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
Kyle Lamb (2016, John I. Leonard HS, FL) had a good day at the plate on the losing end as he finished 3-4 with a double and 2 singles.

Donald Vlahkis (2015, Highlands Christian Academy, FL) picked up the win on the mound in his 6.2 innings of work. Vlahkis struck out 4 while only giving up 3 hits and only 1 run allowed.
Alexis Otano had a good outing for himself on the other side but was handed the loss. Otano lasted 6 innings while only giving up 3 hits.

Team Tampa Bay 17U scored three runs in the sixth inning to take the lead, and held on for a 4-3 victory over Elite Squad 17U TPX in Fort Myers on Monday.
Anthony Pellegrino (2015, Berkeley Preparatory School, FL) and Donovan Pink (2015, Lakewood HS, FL) each drove in a run for Tampa Bay, and Nathan Tomilonus (2015, Seminole HS, FL) added two runs scored and two singles. Logan Henderson (2016, Land O Lakes HS, FL) scored a run and doubled for his only hit in the win.
Roman Oliu (2015, Armwood HS, FL) worked all seven innings for Tampa Bay with six strikeouts. He allowed two earned runs, and his fastball topped out at 84 mph.

SWFL Prospects scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth to take the lead, claiming a 4-1 victory over Palm Beach Shockers White on Monday at Terry Park.
Isaiah McIntyre (2016, Bloomingdale HS, FL) and Jeffrey Daly (2015, Jefferson HS, FL) each drove in a run for SWFL, while Jonathan Cosme (2015, Gulf Coast HS, FL) added two runs scored. McIntyre, Daly, and Hunter Harrison (2016, Bartow HS, FL) recorded the SWFL hits, all singles, in the victory.
Daly tossed a complete game for SWFL Prospects, striking out six hitters and allowing one run on four hits. His fastball topped out at 85 mph.

North Florida Storm 17U Black scored three runs in the second inning, and never trailed in a 9-1 victory over Palm Beach Shockers Blue on Monday at City of Palms Park.

Orlando Baseball Academy 2015 scored three runs in the first two innings, and never trailed in a 3-1 victory over MPi 17U in Fort Myers on Monday.
Evan Lowe (2015, The Masters Academy, FL) and Nathan Sterijevski (2015, East Ridge HS, FL) each drove in a run for Orlando. Lowe also added a double. Bo Simmons (2015, Boone HS, FL), Hunter Rotarius (2015, Apopka HS, FL), and Bobby Ornes (2015, East Ridge HS, FL) each scored a run in the Orlando victory.
Ornes earned the win for Orlando, allowing one run on five hits over six innings. He struck out five, and his fastball topped out at 80 mph.
The sole MPi run was driven in by Jose Zepeda (2017, Florida Christian School, FL) and was scored by Erik Largo (2015, Miami Palmetto HS, FL) in the loss.

Florida Pokers Upperclass Carolina scored a run in the bottom of the seventh to force a 2-2 tie with Galaxy Aces on Monday.
The two Pokers runs were driven in by Equon Smith (2015, Haines City HS, FL) and Garrett Hiott (2015, Pompano Beach HS, FL), while Smith and Mike Fitschen (2015, Taravella HS, FL) scored a run apiece. Smith and Fitschen led the Pokers with two hits apiece in the draw.
Brett Jones (2015, Riverdale Baptist School, MD) tossed a complete game, allowing two runs on six hits with ten strikeouts. His fastball topped out at 88 mph.
Auston Smith (2015, Santaluces Community HS, FL) drove in a run and scored a run for the Aces, and Tyler Levin (2015, Oxbridge Academy, FL) scored the other run. Smith’s three hits included a double, which led the hitting efforts for the Aces.

Hernando Baseball scored runs in every inning and their pitching held the opposition in a 13-3 win over the North Florida Storm 17U Red.
Tanner Bammert, (2015, Hernando, FL) led the Hernando Baseball offense going 1-2 with a double, three RBIs, two walks and two runs scored. Lead off hitter Owen Morgan, (2016, Hernando, FL) also had a nice game offensively, hitting two singles, driving in one run and scoring two runs. Brad Ellis, (2017, Hernando, FL) pitched a complete game, allowing three runs, two earned, on seven hits and struck out five.
Jake Bates, (2015, Columbia, FL) led the North Florida offense with two hits, a double and a single. Lead off hitter Eric Shine, (2015, Robert E. Lee, FL) had two singles and a run scored. Andrew Abbot, (2015, Alonso, FL) also had two hits and one RBI to add to the offensive production. Johnson Scott, (2016. Atlantic, FL) pitched a complete game shutout, only allowing six hits while striking out three to lead the Galaxy Aces to a 4-0 win over the Beach Dawgs. Scott was efficient on the mound as he needed only 89 total pitches to get through seven innings.
He received offensive run support from Bryan Stealy, (2017, Boca Raton Community, FL) who had an RBI single. Auston Smith, (2015, Santaluces Community, FL) had a double and a run scored for the Galaxy Aces.

After the Beach Dawgs scored two runs in the top of the 6th to tie the game at four, A's Select scored six runs in the bottom of the inning to win 10-4.
A's Select was led offensively by Ozzie Millet who had two singles in three trips to the plate and had two RBIs. Lead off hitter Justin Fernandez also had a big game hitting two singles of his own, driving in one run and scoring two. James Lehr added two RBIs on a double. Frank Chacon had a strong outing pitching five innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on one hit and struck out two.

The PBC Gameday Elite 17u scored a run in the bottom of the 6th inning to walk-off with an 8-7 win over the Gainesville Naturals 17u. Robert Valdez (2015, Jupiter, Jupiter, FL) hit a single in the bottom of the 6th to score the game-winning run for PBC. He finished the day a perfect 2-2 with 2 RBI and a run scored.
