2023 PG Softball Oklahoma City Scouting Combine
Kya Hadnot is a 2025 2B/3B from Beaumont, TX who attends West Brook. Kya showcased her ability to handle the middle infield, with her incredible athelticism at our June combine in Oklahoma City. She is a exceptional second baseman who leads by example when she is on the field. She takes a great first step with her lateral movement and understands how to stay low and through the ball on her back hand. She has very soft smooth hands and reads the ball well off the bat. One of the best gloves of the day with her fielding poison. Offensively, she is a right handed power hitter who has a very mechanically sounds swing. She has quick hands to the ball and has big power potential at the plate. She does a great job with timing to both halves of the plate and does not swing and miss often. Overall she a very athletic middle infielder with huge upside. I believe if she has the tools to play at the next level.
