Michael Heller is a 2009 SS/P with a 6'2'', 180 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends Sarasota Mooney. Heller is very strong and athletic two way prospect. He was outstanding on the mound in the Metrodome with his fastball working from 91-94mph. He has good arm speed and he easily pitched in the 90's. He curveball showed sharpness and he also used a 75mph straight change. He showed dominant stuff on the hill. He also is very good in the infield with plus action and of course a big arm. To top it off he can really hit with bat speed and strength in his swing. He can really drive the ball and gets good leverage in his swing. Oh yeah he also ran a 6.69 60.
