Riley Jackson is a 2014 C/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Lexington, KY who attends Lexington Catholic. Jackson has an athletic build and showed is athletic tools all weekend. Hit from a square stance with a medium leg lift trigger. Has good bat speed and very quick hands. Has a line drive plane with great bat control. Has feel for hitting with high level skills. Defensively, great catch and throw skills behind plate and big arm strength from outfield with a short quick release. Ball carried out of hand from behind plate and from RF. Fast twitched athlete who projects to centerfield with his plus speed. Named to top prospect list. Outstanding student.
