Connor Slagill is a 2015 1B/ with a 6-4 207 lb. frame from Dover, FL who attends Plant City. Young large projectable frame with an athletic solid build. Has good footwork at first base with good defensive actions. Has a large frame for his infielders to throw at which helps save errors. Starts with an upright stance at the plate with a leg lift trigger. Has a plan when he comes to the plate, and makes good in game adjustments. Has a nice fluid swing with a line drive plane and gets good extension. Has good bat speed with power in his bat, and is a gap to gap hitter. Is an exceptional student.
