Matthew Meisner is a 2016 SS/3B/RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Salem, NH who attends Salem HS. Medium athletic frame, lean projectable frame. Athleticism shows in 60 yard, posting a 6.91. Quick release on throws across infield, accurate with developing arm strength. Fields out front with two hands, needs to soften glove work. On the mound throws from a high three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action in the back. Fastball topped at 77 mph with occasional sink and two seam action. Clean arm stroke, flashes 11/5 curveball at 65 mph. Right handed batter starts from a spread stance with bent knees. Short swing, upper half dominant, line drive contact with some extension. Named to National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect Team.
