2022 PG Softball KC Scouting Combine - Fall
Ella Brown is a 2025 LHP/C, 1B, OF from Cedar Rapids, IA who attends John F Kennedy. Ella is an athletic pitcher who showcased her ability to control the game on the mound at our Kansas City Combine this past October. Ella is a length left handed pitcher who throws four main pitches: fastball, curveball, riseball and dropball. Ella maintains really good snap on all her pitches a has a very effective heavy fastball that compliments her other pitches extremely well. She has built a solid foundation and has incredible potential on the mound to play at the next level. Offensively, once she got her rhythm and was on time to the ball, she does a good job generating good barrel whip and extending through the ball. Utilizes a little more upper body but made good adjustments to utilize her lower half. Overall, Ella is a solid athlete who has the potential to take her game to the next level if she continues on this projected path. Future is very bright for this talented athlete.
