Henry Ladner is a 2026 2B/SS with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Weddington High School. Features a smaller, lean build. Ran a 7.84 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Showcased quality range in both directions. Still developing consistent glove timing. Will get it down late at times. Displayed a solid arm across, throwing 72 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an open stance into a simple swing. Approach allows for the entire field to be used. Showcased solid hand speed through the zone. Needs to add intent. More power should come as the frame gets stronger and more explosiveness is used throughout. Right-handed pitcher. Shows a repeatable delivery with a loose, easy arm actios. Throws from a 3/4 slot. Fastball worked up to 75 mph. Pounds the zone and generates weak contact. Pairs it with a low-60’s curveball with 12-6 action. Can miss bats with the offering when thrown well. Very good student.
