Matteo Harrison-Van Boort (2029, Brampton, Canada) picked up the first hit of the morning. He took advantage of a hitter’s count and went the other way with it, ripping a line-drive through the right side for a single.

 

Julian Connell (2028, Pembroke Pines, FL) transferred weight effectively and quickly found the barrel as he crushed a well-struck ball to the pull-side gap. He turned on the jets and made it to 3rd base for a stand-up triple. He then smoked a single to centerfield in his 2nd AB.

 

Ja’cai Johnson (2028, North Lauderdale, FL) has a physical frame and engaged his strong lower half well. He crushed a line-drive to centerfield for a single.

 

Jackson Evans (2028, Boynton Beach, FL) got a pitch he liked and crushed it to the pull-side gap for a double. Then in his 2nd AB, he went the other way for an RBI Single. He also pitched 2 innings, striking out 2 batters, and topping out at 71 mph.

 

Barrett Stencel (2028, Thomasville, GA) has projectable actions on the mound with impressive arm speed. He ran the fastball up to 77 mph and mixed in a curveball and changeup. At the plate, he lined a hard-hit ball to the pull side.

 

J. Cullen Tesa (2029, Portsmouth, RI) found the barrel and pieced up a hard-hit ball to the pull side. He also crushed a liner to the opposite field for a single.

 

Juan Tabio (2028, Davie, FL) struck out the side in his first inning of work. He engaged his physical frame and dialed it up to 75 mph, while spinning a curveball for whiffs. As a hitter, he jumped on a first-pitch fastball and launched it deep to the pull side for a stand-up, RBI Triple.

 

Owen Hewitt (2028, Jupiter, FL) lined a well-struck ball through the right side for a single in his 1st AB. He followed it up with an infield single in his 2nd AB, thanks to his hustle. On the mound, he topped 83 mph on the fastball, and worked in well-commanded off-speed pitches.

 

Alex Paulk (2028, Yulee, FL) engaged his physical frame and showed off impressive bat speed. He found the barrel and crushed a frozen rope to centerfield for a single.

Jackson Evans (2028, Boynton Beach, FL) led off the game by piecing up a barrel to the opposite field for a single. He used quick hands and fast bat speed to produce loud contact. He picked up a second single later in the game on a line-drive to centerfield.

 

Barrett Stencel (2028, Thomasville, GA) unloaded on a two-strike pitch and crushed it deep to the pull side. He displayed impressive bat speed and quick hands as his hit went off the outfield wall and was a stand-up, RBI Triple.

 

Jayden Caraballo (2028, Lehigh Acres, FL) showed a fastball-heavy attack, topping out at 75 mph. The projectable righty fires from a ¾ arm slot, strides well towards the plate, and struck out 6 batters in his first 2 innings pitched. At the plate, he added a line-drive single up the middle.

 

Johnny Peralta (2029, Miramar, FL) flashed the leather at shortstop today. He backhanded a hard-hit liner, quickly transferred, and fired a dime to first to beat the runner.

 

Caden Hylemon (2028, Naples, FL) is a switch-hitter who notched a hard-hit single from the left side in his first at bat. He showed good bat speed and ripped it to the pull side. He also added a single from the right side.

 

Julian Connell (2028, Pembroke Pines, FL) showed consistent contact as he hit two firm singles through the hole. He later showed off his range in centerfield as he tracked down a blooper.

 

J. Cullen Tesa (2029, Portsmouth, RI) launched a leadoff double to the pull side. He did a nice job of finding the open field as he kept it inside the foul line.

 

Alex Paulk (2028, Yulee, FL) pulled a single through the left side in his first at bat. He then took to the mound and threw well. He topped out at 78 mph, flashed a nice slider, and struck out 3 batters in 1.1 innings pitched. He has a projectable frame with great arm speed.

 

Owen Hewitt (2028, Jupiter, FL) used quick hands to turn on a two-strike pitch and rip it back up the middle. It was a hard-hit barrel for a single.

 

Carter Cannestra (2029, Cape Coral, FL) notched 2 hits on the day. He has a physical frame and sprayed the ball to all fields.

Michael Abrahan (2029, West Palm Beach, FL) was rotational and used a level path to create contact to the pull side on a line.

 

Travis Adderley Jr (2028, Freeport, Bahamas) is a right-handed hitter with solid projection. He lagged the barrel well and sprayed the ball to all fields.

 

Jayden Caraballo (2028, Lehigh Acres, FL) is a left-handed hitter who showed great power to the pull side. He engaged the lower half well with good rotation and got plus strength off the barrel.

 

Thiago Cruz (2029, Cape Coral, FL) lagged the barrel well through the zone. He consistently wore out the pull side gap.

 

Anthony Medina (2029, Lehigh, FL) showed good strength with the ability to elevate the ball. He consistently lifted the ball in the air to the pull side.

 

Jackson Evans (2028, Boynton Beach, FL) is a left-handed hitter with quick hands. He consistently hit line drives, sending flies deep to the outfield.

 

Julian Connell (2028, Pembroke Pines, FL) is a left-handed hitter with good projection. He sets up with a wide stance, consistently got the barrel on-plane, and sprayed the ball to the outfield.

 

Owen Hewitt (2028, Jupiter, FL) has a physical frame and rotated the hips well. He quickly ripped the barrel on-plane through the zone and showed his strength when hitting deep fly balls.

 

Alex Paulk (2028, Yulee, FL) stepped and strode well with a good follow through. He had nice bat speed and sprayed liners to the outfield.

 

Juan Tabio (2028, Davie, FL) showed fast hands and used a good attack angle. He ripped deep flies effectively to the outfield.
