Lucas Moore (2023 West Chester, Ohio) was finding barrels all day long. He got things started for his Cincinnati Spikes team with a well struck line drive to center field. He would follow that up with hard hit balls to the opposite field and pull side showing his ability to spray the ball all over the field. He ended the day going 3 for 5 with a triple to the left center field gap and three runs scored out of the leadoff spot in the order. His calm quiet approach allows him to track the ball well and his quick compact stroke showed strength at contact with loud hit balls all day.
