Don’t tell the 13s they’re too young, because 2025 OF/UT Elijah Outlaw (2025, West Babylon, N.Y.) will have something to say about it. From a towering 6-foot-1, 155-pound frame, Outlaw put on a light show, bombing baseballs consistently to the pull side. The athletic Swiss army knife had tons of confidence in the box and knew whatever pitch coming in was going out twice as hard. The effortless power potential from the righty will start to look scary here pretty soon.
