Brady Abate (2026, Newtown Square, Pa.) was impressive over the weekend for eventual champions Tri State Arsenal 2026 Marucci, as the left-handed hitting infielder hit .556 (5-for-9) and took home MVP honors. At the plate, he uses a simple, repeatable stroke with good bat-to-ball skills and some strength in his wrists. He uses the whole field effectively, has an innate ability to deliver the barrel on time and creates some leverage out in front. He currently hits fourth within this lineup but one could see him eventually being a catalyst at the top of the lineup, as his barrel skills and keen eye dictate a potential move there. Abate is athletically built and will continue to add strength as he matures, which will only aide in expanding his power potential for the young prospect.
