Nicholas Bradley (2026, Clarks Summit, Pa.) certainly provided an absolute wow moment when he toed the rubber for his East Coast Ghost Mocha squad in the semifinals of the Perfect Game Super 25 Newark Spring Super Qualifier. The 2021 PG Select Festival participant lit up the radar gun early and often, as he sat 89-90 mph in his first inning of work. The immensely projectable, high-waisted right-hander touched 91 mph twice in that inning with little effort and absolute command of the pitch. Bradley implores a simple, repeatable delivery with easy, subtle movements and excellent lower half engagement down the slope. He works into a high three-quarters arm slot, stays relatively online on the backside of his arm stroke and obviously has plenty of arm speed. The young 2026 grad mixed in a hellacious, tight slider as his go-to secondary offering and flashed a replicated changeup in warmups. He pounded the zone effortlessly to the tune of a 69% strike ratio and punched out five in his first extended outing of the spring season. His ability to repeat his delivery, while mimicking his release point on nearly every pitch is something you may see from someone much older. The ease of operation, coupled with his near limitless physical projection will be fun to watch over the years. Bradley certainly looks the part of the next “big” arm out of the Northeast right now and the scary part is he will only continue to get better, and more refined.
