PG Elite 8 Tulsa Scouting Showcase

BIXBY, OKLAHOMA- Perfect Game hosted the Elite 8 Tulsa scouting Showcase on November 10-12, 2023. 19 teams in 2 age divisions 16u & 18U came out to compete in 90-minute games to showcase their individual and team skills. Some of the weekend’s top performers are recapped below.

Londyn Bond (2027, Bartlesville, Oklahoma) of Vision Gold 16u 2026 was this weekend’s tournament MVP and Elite 8 Tournament Champions. Londyn was outstanding at the plate with 10-R, 9-Hits, 4-Doubles, 1- Triple, 2-HR, 2-SB and most impressively 0 strikeouts. Her softball IQ, power at the plate, and aggressive baserunning helped her team go 6-0 and have a team batting average of .452.

Riley Westmoreland (2025 Haskell, Oklahoma) of Pryme Fastpitch-Ray was this weekends runner-up for tournament MVP and her team took 2nd. Riley was an offensive dyanmo scoring 11 runs, 7-Hits, 1-Double, 1-Triple, 1-HR, 11-SB, 4-BB with only 2-SO. Riley saw the ball very well from the left side. With her slapping, bunting and power Riley has a lot of different ways to get on base. She is a true triple threat. Her long stride makes her baserunning very productive to help her team finish 2nd this weekend.

Hailey Ediger (2025 Columbus, KS) of Vision Gold 2026 was this weekends MVP-Pitcher. Ediger won’t have a problem finding the leaderboard again. Ediger had a phenomenal weekend on the mound and helped pitcher team to Tournament champions. She averaged 2 strikeouts per inning and gave up ZERO earned runs on the weekend. Her ability to hit her spots and change speeds kept the hitters guessing and is one of the many reasons Vision Gold 16u came out on top.

Briley Lacquement (2026, Wynnewood, Oklahoma) of Oklahoma Angels 08 took 2nd place on the pitching top performers list. She threw 18 innings and had 11 strikeouts.  Consistently hitting the 60’s she only gave up 2 earned runs on the weekend. Briley pitched her team to a 3rd place finish with a 5-1 record.

Adisyn Peetoom (2025 Nardin, Oklahoma) of Pryme Fastpitch-Ray helped pitch her team to a 2nd place finish. She was dominant on the mound with a very good drop ball and rise combo. She paired that with a changeup that can be thrown in any count, which made her very difficult to square up. In 18 innings pitched, she struck out 31. What also impressed was her presence on the mound and leadership.

Kadence Janney (2024 Rogers, Arkansas) of Vision Gold 18u was this weekend’s Elite 8 Showcase Tournament-MVP and tournament Champion. Kadence had a strong weekend at the plate and stayed very disciplined and very selective. Kadence had 56.66 score 6-R, 10-H, 2-Doubles, 2-Triples, 0-HR, 9-RBI, 1-SB, 1-BB.

Addison Chapman (2025 McPherson, KS) of Kansas Shockers was this weekend’s Elite 8 MVP-Pitcher. She pitched lights out all weekend consistently hitting low 60’s with her velocity and almost averaging 2 strikeouts per inning. She was very tough to hit, only giving up 5 hits total. Watched Addison make that ball dance all over the plate. Kept the hitters guessing on what was coming next. Addison also could swing the bat finishing 4th on the leaderboard, proving she is a very tough two-way player.
