PERFECT GAME ANNOUNCES DETAILS FOR
2024 SELECT FESTIVALS
Sanford, Florida (Thursday, March 14, 2024) - Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, today announced details for their upcoming 11U, 12U, 13U and 14U Select Festival, including dates and locations. Three states will host the four separate showcase events this coming August.
The 11U and 12U Select Festivals will take place simultaneously for the second consecutive year at the East Cobb Complex in Marietta, Ga. In its fourth year, the 11U event gets underway August 8 and concludes on August 10 with the fifth annual 12U game happening August 9-11. The selection of players for both festivals will be an ongoing process throughout the summer culminating with the Perfect Game Invitational.
Perfect Game will hold the sixth annual 13U Select Festival in Charlottesville, Va., at the University of Virginia on Davenport Field at Disharoon Park from August 23-25. The event will feature the best 13U eligible players from across the country, including both 2028 and 2029 high school graduates who are age eligible. Players for the 13U Select Festival will be chosen based off their performances throughout the year, leading into the 13U National Showcase where all final decisions will be made. Last year, every player who made the 13U Select Festival attended the 13U National Showcase.
The month of August will conclude with the ninth annual 14U Select Fest in Ft. Myers, Fla., starting on August 29 with the game being played on Sunday, September 1 at JetBlue Park at Fenway South, spring training home of the Boston Red Sox. The 2024 14U National Showcase will serve as the gateway for the Select Festival as 48 of the top 14U eligible players from around the country will be selected from that event.
