15/16u WWBA West Notes: Days 1-2

Ryan Harwood, OF, Casteel HS (2026)

Big day 1 at WWBA West for the top ranked OF in the state of Arizona.  5 hits over the two games, with three going for extra bases (2 doubles, 1 triple) while hitting in the middle of the GBG National lineup.  One of the more physical specimen roaming the back fields of the Ranger complex, already having a look that could be mistaken for a young minor leaguer.  Big time presence in the box, looking to do damage and rarely gets cheated.  Was the epitome of a run producer, also knocking in five runs on Friday.  



Logan Brooks, Inf, El Segundo HS (2026)

Another longer framed kid like Harwood, Brooks stands at 6’3” with more room to pack on some strength.  Showed
