Owen Duncan (2029, Waxhaw, NC) was a defensive standout when I stood there watching, making a handful of plays in as many opportunities while manning the shortstop position. The one that stood out the most, arguably the best play I saw all weekend, was on a ground ball that took him deeper into the 6-hole where Duncan not only showed the range you won't always see at the 14u level, but also the arm strength to complete the play. He moves around with balance and coordination in his footwork as he showed on another slow roller and also jumped on the mound where he topped out at 82 mph with his heater and punched out 3. 

Nateo Victorio (2029, Suisun City, CA) has already carved out a reputation for collecting hits by the bunch in any tournament and his trip to West
