National All-State Games Preview

John McAdams
The fourth edition of the National All-State Select Championship will kick off Friday morning, as players from 44 states along with British Columbia and Puerto Rico will descend on Houston, Texas to rep their respective states for ultimate bragging rights amongst their peers. The continued growth of Perfect Game’s youth platform has allowed this particular event to grow exponentially, while becoming one of the must attend events for players across the country.

The event itself is broken into two separate weekends with the 10-, 12- and 14-year-old age groups getting things started, while their 9,11- and 13-year-old brethren will culminate the weekends and truly make Houston the epicenter of youth travel baseball. Tons of talent will be on display as an astounding 105 former Perfect Game Select Baseball Festival participants will be in attendance between the two weekends.

To put the event into even further perspective in-terms of the sheer abundance of talent on display, 28 players at the 2023 All-State’s went on to make the 2024 14U Festival and 24 players at last year’s 13U All-State went on to make the 2024 13U Festival. The event has quickly become a staple within Perfect Game’s premier lineup of events and this year’s rendition will be no different.

The 9-12U Championships will be broadcast on PerfectGame.TV and you can follow along via DiamondKast here:
