Event Info:
* Fortius Athletics ALWAYS works from a FIRST PAY/ FIRST PLAY policy. You may register and pay using the Perfect Game website.
* If the tournament fills prior to the payment deadline, and you have not submitted payment, your team may be waitlisted.
* Full payment is due on Monday the week of the tournament at 5:00pm to secure your spot in the tournament.
* Partial payments do NOT secure your spot. If payment is not made prior to the listed deadline, your team will be removed.

Rosters must be completed, and waivers must be signed by Friday the week of the tournament at 5:00 PM. If you are having trouble with uploading your roster, please contact the director.

Changes:
* All locations are CASHLESS
* No Metal cleats will be permitted for use at any of our fields
* During pool play we will not begin a new inning with less than 5 minutes remaining in game
* We no longer have an individual gate fee but a team gate fee, $125 for a 1 day/$200 for a two day tournament.

Facilities:
* Fortius Athletics Ballparks will be used as the primary sites for all events.
* Overflow games will be played in Frisco, Celina, Mesquite, Rockwall and other baseball fields in the area.
* Please be prepared to play at any field listed under the event page.
* Coolers are not allowed at Fortius facilities.

Game Time Requests:
* All game time requests will be taken into consideration on a first come, first serve basis.
* SCHEDULE REQUESTS MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN THE SUNDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT DATE.
* Please keep in mind that not all requests can be met. Thank you for your understanding.

Team Insurance:
Team insurance can be purchased through PG or purchased from an outside source. If you use an outside insurance provider, you must add PG as an additional insured (entity below). Proof of insurance must be uploaded to your PG team account. If you cannot upload your insurance, please bring a physical copy with you to the tournament. You MUST have team insurance to participate in any PG event.

We are pretty much a high-school oriented organization, so where the best players go, we will be there. We have sometimes up to 10 or 11 scouts covering Perfect Game events. It gives athletes the chance to compete at the highest level of their age group, in a team or showcase format, in some of the best facilities in front of both colleges and scouts.

Results are what count...

Perfect Game set a new record for the tenth consecutive year following the 2011 MLB draft. Of the 1,530 players selected, 1,323 had attended a Perfect Game event, and 294 of the first 331 picks were Perfect Game alumni. Many of these alumni had participated in multiple Perfect Game tournaments, showcases and/or leagues.

In the past ten years, 9,073 Perfect Game participants have been chosen in the MLB First-Year Player Draft. However, these figures do not account for the many Latin American free agents who participate in Perfect Game showcases and tournaments and then sign with Major League clubs. One can only imagine how many Perfect Game alumni will ultimately reach their dream of playing Major League Baseball down the road.

Perfect Game does not take any credit for the numerous outstanding players selected in the draft or the many more who go on to play college baseball. Perfect Game simply provides talented players a means to be identified and evaluated closely while competing with and against the best worldwide. Perfect Game identifies players, provides an opinion, and then lets Major League scouts and college coaches form their own.

MLB scouts and college coaches make the most important decisions, and luckily, they follow what we do very closely - not only in person, but online as well.
