Jackson Shepherd is a 2027 SS/2B, 3B, UT with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Superior, CO who attends Broomfield. Lean and projectable frame. Ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, quick and compact arm action, developing accuracy across, good hands out front with loose actions and clean feet, plays it a bit tall, changed slots, good athlete overall, looked good on the charge play as well. Right-handed hitter, even base with hanging leg lift, present bat speed, simple swing and on time, hard liners to the middle of the field, consistent extension will aid overall process, good balance with some developing power, good contact tool and ability to get the barrel on it. Projectable athlete with good actions for the class, frame has lots of growing left to do as well. Good student.
