Samuel Vatterott is a 2029 3B/RHP/C with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Wellington, FL who attends Wellington Sports Academy. Recorded a 7.14 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman with a tall and physical frame. Attacked the ball well in the infield and carries momentum through the ball well. Released from a high slot and showed quality arm strength across the diamond, throwing accurately. Right-handed hitter and starts from a wider base. Keeps the hands inside and has little wasted movement. Swings is efficient overall and stays connected well throughout. Advanced bat speed and lots of strength coming off the barrel. Power projects in a big way moving forward. Secondary right-handed pitcher and showed some arm talent. Fastball topped at 81 mph and releases from a high-3/4 slot, creating downhill action. Mixed in a breaking ball with slider shape and landed it for strikes. Rounded out the repertoire with a tumbling changeup. Named to the 2025 14U Select Festival.
