Jack Robinson is a 2023 C/1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Manhasset, NY who attends Paul D Schreiber. Well-proportioned, athletic looking frame with lean muscle throughout. Recorded a 7.75 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that received from a wider, even base with softness to his hands and a direct mid-line transfer. Gains ground out of the crouch and works into release with segmented movements. Recorded arm strength up to 71 mph from behind the plate during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with an exaggerated high hand set and high back elbow. Incorporates a toe-tap loading mechanism into a small leg lift trigger to get into launch. Whole field approach with short, compact stroke and slightly downhill swing path. Displayed some occasional impact when on-time and in-sync with his movements. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and refinements mechanically behind the plate. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
