Kallen Magli is a 2028 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Deforest, WI who attends De Forest. A medium frame and build with a compact look. Ran a 7.00 60-yard dash. Primary infielder who moved well and gets into position with a feel for the footwork. He showed the backhand early, and he was accurate across the diamond with throws at 77 mph. He had a clue for the actions with good fundamentals and sound actions, adjusting slots as needed. He showed good athleticism, moved low to the ground, and showed good posture on the infield with projectable actions. Quicker release getting the ball out. Took BP as a right-handed hitter with a medium base and setup, slightly open, with good balance throughout. He stayed shorter to it with good intent and feel to pull. He was able to present the barrel well out in front and drive the ball in the air working pull-side. He was slightly rotational, allowing him to do damage working out in front. He produced some good swings during his round of BP Swings. Projectable strength off the barrel. Produced an 83 mph exit velocity during PG DK Testing and was able to swing it well during games as well. A right-handed pitcher who worked with a sidestep into a hip-high leg lift. He had a shorter arm action with a higher three-quarters arm action. Tall and fall mechanics. The fastball worked 76-78 mph with spin above 2,110 RPMs. Also showed an 11-5 shaped curveball in the mix, working the upper-60s with spin above 2,300 RPMs. Also showed a changeup at 72 mph with spin in the 1,300s. Had good depth. Shorter move down the mound with good intent and feel for his actions. Projects well on the mound. Named to 2025 Midwest Indoor TP List.
