Max Boehm is a 2027 RHP/3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Wellesley, MA who attends Wellesley. Long and lean athletic build with some present strength and more to come. Works from the stretch with a long and deep arm swing in back, extended 3/4's arm slot, stays in line well and finishes out font. Fastball topped out at 85 mph with plenty of arm side life and some sink as well. Slider had some spin and depth and had feel for throwing it to spots, can maintain his arm speed better on the pitch. Developing change up. Fits the sinker/slider profile at present and projects well. 7.02 runner in the sixty. Plays third base when not on the mound, has some bounce in his lower half and gets to spots well, loose and easy arm stroke and makes accurate throws, showed his athleticism well. Right handed hitter, hits from a medium base with a big drift to his front side, gets too spread at times and will work downhill, hands driven swing, flashed some juice but needs some adjustments to use his athleticism. Exceptional student.
