Emil Rodriguez is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-2 192 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Reborn Christian Academy. Big and strong athletic build. Recorded a 7.30 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a developing defensive skill set. Moves deliberately into the fielding process, gathers cleanly off his front foot and maintains some momentum into release. Produced arm strength up to 87 mph with limited accuracy. Will continue to improve with mechanical refinements. Secondary right-handed pitcher that showed exclusively fastballs in this look. Incorporates higher leg lift into balance and medium stride length out to foot strike. Fastball worked in the upper-70s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 81 mph. Developing command of the strike zone, will continue to improve with proper mechanical adjustments, will need to add a secondary offering to become viable option on the mound. Right-handed hitter that hit from an upright, fairly even stance with a tight, compact hand set and short stride into launch. Middle-of-the field approach with direct stroke, some present bat speed and some strength in his hands. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments. Excellent Student.
