2024 Kansas City Indoor Showcase
Braeden Haworth is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Olathe, KS who attends Heritage Christian Academy. Medium build with room to get stronger. Works from the stretch with a turned start, full arm takeaway in back leading to a 3/4's arm slot, stays on line well with his lower half. Fastball worked consistently i the upper 70's, mostly straight, works the corners and mostly glove side. Inconsistent on his curveball release but flashed good depth and two-plane break when he gets it right. Change up was a good pitch for him and can be further developed. 7.70 runner in the sixty. Plays the outfield when not on the mound. Left handed hitter, pre-loads back in his stance and tends to stay there, line drive swing plane, mid field to pull side contact. Very good student.
