Jonathan Sadler is a 2027 OF/2B with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Amana, IA who attends Benton Community. A taller, lean, and slender frame with room to continue filling out the frame moving forward. Projectable frame and build. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who worked out at the position, fielding the ball off the front foot, working into it with a more compact arm action. His throws worked uphill out of the hand from a shorter release. He had developing arm strength, throwing 71 mph during his round of throws from the outfield. He's a right-handed hitter who swings it from the right side with a spread and wider base. He has a slightly open front foot at heel strike with an aggressive leg lift trigger working into contact. He makes an aggressive move and was able to produce some line drives working up the middle. He worked backside and up the middle well, staying on time throughout the round of BP with some quality swings. He stayed short and compact throughout. Great student.
