Mikey Watson is a 2027 IF/RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Steger, IL who attends Brother Rice. Recorded a 6.79 second 60-yard dash time. Primary infielder with a medium frame and lean athletic build. Easy mover with under control actions on the dirt. Hands work to both sides with clean funnel to exchange. Accurate throws across the diamond with a short arm stroke and quick release. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open upright stance and high hands. Big knee-lift trigger stride with backside release and bat speed through the zone. Some loft to the swing path with pull side impact out front. Projectable wiry strong frame to add size moving forward. Excellent student.
