We thought Santos was one of the best prospects in the nation before Tropicana. That's when we thought his weakness was running. He ran a 6.67 in Tropicana so now where's the weakness? He has an arm as good as any pro player. The only question might be if he has the feet to play shortstop in the big leagues. Whether its shortstop or third base he should be an early pick in June.
