Noel Ismael Frias Segura is a 2024 OF/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Santiago, ST who attends Santa Maria HS. Recorded a 7.38 second 60-yard dash time. Long lean frame with lots of room to fill out and add strength. Primary outfielder with short footwork and fields off to the side. Higher slot with a shorter arm action. Comes out clean with throws up to 79 mph. Left-handed hitter with a balanced and slightly open start. Knee to knee base with long limbs. Showed quality hand speed. Lacks consistency at present but should be able to refine as he matures and adds strength. Great student.
