Reydi Rodriguez is a 2027 3B/1B with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Myers Park. Thicker build with good present strength and the potential for more. Right handed hitter, sets up in an open narrow base with a deep hand load, has a strong and level swing, ball comes off the barrel hard and loud with mostly mid field line drive contact, has more power in there with adjustments, showed the ability to control and handle the barrel. Primary third baseman on defense, works well through his back hands and fields the ball cleanly, has some idea on his lower half fundamentals and footwork, some developing arm strength. Bat is his tool. Good student.
