Nathan Cook is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Lewisville, TX who attends Hebron. Cook works from a long limbed super projectable build with further room to add strength and fill out in the future. As a primary OF, he showcased deliberate controlled actions and produced accurate throws on the bag up to 79 mph. Footwork has additional room to refine with a full arm action that translates in multiple parts of Cook's game. On the mound, he displayed sinking action on the FB up to 81 mph from a 3/4 slot, successfully remaining on top of pitches and working downhill effectively. He sequenced a 12-6 shaped breaker to keep hitters off balance with a CH also developing in the arsenal. Offensively, the righty started from a wider open stance with a low compact hand set and low back elbow, generating contact to the opposite field. Cook displayed hand speed through the zone with developing power potential, posting an exit velo of 78 mph. Ran a 7.05 sixty yard dash.
