2023 Michigan Indoor Showcase
Rodney Sultini is a 2027 SS/RHP, OF with a 5-7 115 lb. frame from Clinton Township, MI who attends Chippewa Valley. Young, slender build. Ran a 7.36 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, worked out with intent, quick footwork getting to the ball, slows down to field the ball, loses a little momentum. Quick arm action to a higher three-quarter release point, developing arm strength. Throws had accuracy to the bag and hands really worked. Young infielder with projectable actions that will work down the road. Right-handed hitter, slightly open front side and spread stance. Linear path through the zone with young bat speed. Compact cut with short path to the ball. Hit the ball consistently to the opposite field, should continue to get better as he gets stronger. Had an exit velocity of 73 mph. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
