Carter Schlegel is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B, MIF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Kalispell, MT who attends Glacier. Very athletic, high waisted frame with lean levers. Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, feet work nicely to both sides with solid range, long strides, nice funnel out front, athletic overall charge, developing arm strength with longer arm stroke and slot. Right-handed hitter, wider base, high hands, some lift here, dips shoulders to create it, gets preset with the hands at foot strike, cuts off the swing some, on the barrel pretty consistently throughout the round. Very easy to project on the body here, intriguing long term tools once the frame fully develops and strength starts creeping into the picture. Outstanding student.
