2023 Sunshine Southeast Showcase
Jeremy Cova is a 2023 3B/SS with a 6-2 153 lb. frame from Blue Bay, CU who attends Gateway Legacy Christian Academy. Very lean and projectable build with lots of room to put on strength and add weight. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash. Primary infielder, hands work well out front with younger footwork and internal clock. Made accurate throws across up to 79 mph. Will need to develop some quickness and twitch moving forward to be able to handle the middle. Right-handed hitter and took a very clean round of BP. Functional stroke with some real ease to it. Heavier barrel and showed the ability to control the barrel. Consistent hard contact to the middle of the field. Projectable athlete with a good base to build upon on both sides of the ball. Great student.
