Oren Tucker is a 2028 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Notre Dame Prep. Features a smaller sized frame with present athleticism. Ran a 6.83 60-yd dash. In the OF, showed solid actions. Quality first step but some stutter step into reception. Avg. glove actions, fielding it deep at times with some stiffness. Used a full/long arm swing that got off downhill throws to the bag with accuracy. Developing INF actions. Flashed some lateral quickness to his feet but with avg. body control and glove actions. Some inconsistencies to posture/fielding-position but intent to work through the baseball is there. Present glove tap and extra shuffle before throws which were accurate across. At the plate, sits in a narrow stance with lower set hands. Controlled forward move showing a simple/small stride and takeback of the hands. Some athleticism to the swing operation where there is quality present bat/hand speed where he delivers the barrel on a clean path through the zone. Maintains balanced and works behind his front side. On-barrel the majority of his round. More of a pullside approach with flashes of decent impact but developing strength. Swing translated into gameplay with a couple loud barrels. Named to Top Prospects List.
