2024 Colorado Indoor Showcase
Weston Gaudet is a 2024 3B/C, OF with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from Meridian, ID who attends Owyhee. Strong and physical build with present size in both halves. Ran a 7.57 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, developing feel to use lateral coordination with the leather, slot comes out of the ear, short arm action, definite corner actions, made the plays. Secondary catcher, higher effort operation, developing arm strength, some issues with the transfer, taller position out of the crouch does not gain ground. Left-handed hitter, wide base with flexed knees, strong and aggressive, no stride, loft to the path, has balance and extension, rotational, will open front side early at times, crude strength here plays off the barrel and shows in the exit velocities as well. Strong bodied prospect with corner defensive projection and some present raw power. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
